Scope
HG/T 4891-2016 is the English-translated version of 硫化促进剂 二苄基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZBEC).
The vulcanization accelerator zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate, known in the trade as ZBEC, is covered by HG/T 4891-2016, a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard. It states the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules for the accelerator, together with the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The product in scope is the ZBEC made from dibenzylamine, carbon disulfide and a zinc compound. Chinese classification G71 and international classification 71.100.40 group it with rubber compounding chemicals. The analyses are carried out together with GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 601-2002, GB/T 603-2002, GB/T 6679-2003, GB/T 6682-2008, GB/T 8170-2008 and GB/T 11409-2008. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
