HG/T 4890-2016 is the English-translated version of 硫化促进剂一硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTM).

HG/T 4890-2016 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for the vulcanization accelerator tetramethylthiuram monosulfide, shortened to TMTM. It fixes the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules for the accelerator and the provisions for its marking, packaging, transport and storage. Its scope is the TMTM produced with dimethylamine and carbon disulfide as the main raw materials. The standard belongs to Chinese classification G71 and international classification 71.100.40. Sampling and analysis follow GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 6679-2003, GB/T 6682-2008, GB/T 8170-2008 and GB/T 11409-2008. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
