HG/T 4665-2014 is the English-translated version of 炸药防水用乳胶套.

The waterproof latex sleeve fitted over explosive charges is covered by HG/T 4665-2014, a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry. It fixes the requirements for the sleeve, the methods used to test it, the inspection rules and the packaging, labelling, transport and storage provisions. Its scope is the sleeve made from natural rubber latex and used to keep water away from the explosive. It quotes GB/T 191-2008, GB/T 2828.1-2012 and GB 7544-2009 from the dipped natural latex family. Issued on 14 October 2014, it has applied since 1 April 2015.
