HG/T 4243-2011 is the English-translated version of 医用干银胶片中银含量测定.

Under the code HG/T 4243-2011, the Chinese chemical industry set a recommended method for determining the silver content of medical dry silver film. The standard describes how the measurement is made and states that it serves to test the silver present in dry silver film.

The procedure is written for silver contents in the range 0.3 g/m2 to 10 g/m2. Reagent solutions and the grade of water used follow GB/T 601, GB/T 603 and GB/T 6682-2008.

It was prepared under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and belongs with the analytical methods for imaging materials. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
