This standard stipulates the rules that enterprises that implement Responsible Care should abide by in management work such as occupational health and safety, process safety, storage and transportation safety, pollution prevention and control, community awareness and emergency response, and product safety. This standard applies to enterprises that are engaged in the research and development, design, production, operation, use, storage, transportation, waste disposal and other businesses of chemicals and are committed to implementing responsible care. Other petroleum and chemical companies can follow suit.
