HG/T 4106-2009 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for stable isotope 15N labelled tripeptides, a group of labelled organic chemicals. It fixes the technical requirements for these products and sets out the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. Its scope is the tripeptide products prepared from the corresponding amino acids by the Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis route. Because the standard is a recommended one, it is applied by agreement between the parties rather than by legal obligation. The analytical work follows GB/T 601, GB/T 603 and GB/T 6682, while GB/T 20622-2006 is also cited. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
