General purpose two-component acrylic adhesives are the subject of HG/T 3827-2006, a recommended chemical industry standard of China. It lays down the requirements for these adhesives together with the sampling and test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The standard applies to two-package acrylate adhesives intended for general purposes. It does not attempt to cover every safety question raised by their use: users are left responsible for setting their own safety and health practices and for keeping within the applicable national rules, such as those on the concentration of harmful substances in workshop air. GB/T 6329, GB 7124 and HG/T 3075 are quoted. Issued on 26 July 2006, it has applied since 1 March 2007.
