Foreword
There are many domestic chlorinated paraffin-70 manufacturers, some of their products
are exported to earn foreign exchange. Since the enterprise standards of various
manufacturers are different in inspection methods, project settings, index values, they
cannot meet the needs of users. In order to adapt to the needs of market development
and improve the competitiveness of products in the international market, this industry
standard is specially formulated.
This standard does not set color and density in the item setting, but adds sieve residue
and heating loss.
This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former
Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China.
This standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the Chemical Additives Sub-Technical
Committee of the National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical
Committee.
Drafting organization of this standard. Shenyang Chemical Co., Ltd., Shanxi Chemical
Research Institute.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings,
instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of chlorinated paraffin-70.
This standard applies to chlorinated paraffin-70 obtained by chlorination of high carbon
wax.
