HG/T 3606-2009 is the English-translated version of 工业用三氯氧磷.
HG/T 3606-2009 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for phosphorus oxychloride for industrial use, the compound also called phosphoryl chloride. It lays down the requirements for the product and covers sampling, test methods and inspection rules, as well as the signs, labels, packaging, transport, storage and safety measures that apply to it. The standard is written for industrial phosphorus oxychloride made by the chlorination, hydrolysis and oxidation routes. Reagent and analytical practice comes from GB/T 601, GB/T 603, GB/T 615, GB/T 6678, GB/T 6680 and GB/T 6682, with GB 190, GB/T 191 and GB/T 1250 covering the marking and the rounding of results. It replaces HG/T 3606-1999. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
