1 Scope

This standard applies to the domestic market heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration equipment (materials) purchases.

Equipment on the international market (material) procurement, may also be carried out according to the regulations.

This document was issued on 29 May 2007 by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and has been in force since 1 November 2007.
