This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 9634 specifies guidelines for the surface imperfection limit of PQ cores that comply with the relevant general specification.

This section applies to PQ magnetic cores made of magnetic oxides.

The following terms and definitions, as defined in GB/T 9634.1 and GB/T 28864.1, apply to this document.

Stomatal pores

Holes left on the surface of the core after sintering and surface treatment (see Figure 1).
