This is different from the IEC standard's requirement of "any suitable temperature value (t) between 20°C and 30°C".

--- All ISO metric threads are changed to my country's national standard threads;
--- The standard drawings are individually modified according to my country's drawing standards;
--- In Chapter 2, the normative references to IEC 60051-1 in Figures 7 and 8 are supplemented;
--- In 4.5.1.2a), change "AC peak test voltage" to "AC RMS test voltage";
--- In 4.12.2.2, change to "when testing its high temperature storage performance", IEC 61020-1:2019 here is "lowtemper-"ature", suspected to be a typo;
--- In the references, the informative references GB/T 15092 (all parts) and GB/T 16915 (all parts) are added.
