Foreword

GB/T 9364 "Miniature fuse" is divided into the following parts.

--- Part 1. General definition of miniature fuses and general requirements for miniature fuses;

--- Part 2. tubular fuse link;

---Part 3. Ultra-small fuse-links;

--- Part 4. Universal modular fuse-link (UMF) perforated and surface mount type;

---Part 5. Guidelines for the assessment of the quality of small fuses;

--- Part 6. Fuse holders for small tubular fuse-links;

---Part 7. Small fuses for special applications;

--- Part 10. User Guide;

--- Part 11. Fuse for LED lamps.

This part is the third part of GB/T 9364.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 9364.3-1997 "Miniature fuses Part 3. Ultra-small fuse links". And GB/T 9364.3-

Compared with.1997, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Combine Chapter 1 "Scope" of GB/T 9364.3-1997 and Chapter 2 "Purpose" into a new Chapter 1, "Scope and Purpose", and

Added Chapter 2, "Regulatory References";

--- Increased the requirement of 6.5 because the space limited sign can not be marked on the product;

--- Revised the number of fuses required for the test in 7.2.1;

--- Revised the requirements of the test plate in 7.3 and the cross-sectional area of the test wire;

--- Removed 7.4 of GB/T 9364.3-1997;

---8.2 increases the duration of the application of the test flame, and stipulates that the glass or ceramic does not require a needle flame test;

--- Modified the note of 8.4;

---9.4.3c) The measured voltage drop shall not exceed the maximum allowable value in the relevant standard specification sheet;

--- Removed the 9.8 additional test of GB/T 9364.3-1997;

--- The rated voltage in the standard specification sheet 2 has been increased by 250V;

--- The rated current of the standard specifications 2, 3, 4 is increased to 10A.

This section uses the redrafting method to modify the use of IEC 60127-3.2015 "Miniature fuses Part 3. Ultra-small fuse links".

The technical differences between this part and IEC 60127-3.2015 and their reasons are as follows.

---About the normative reference documents, this part has made technical adjustments to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjustments

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, "Regulatory References", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 3 with GB/T 321-2005 equivalent to the international standard;

* Replace IEC 60068-2-21 with GB/T 2423.60 equivalent to the international standard;

* Replace IEC 60695-11-5 with GB/T 5169.5 equivalent to the international standard.

1 Scope and purpose

This part of GB/T 9364 specifies the technical specifications for standard specifications, dimensions and structures, and electrical performance requirements for ultra-small fuse links.

This section applies to ultra-small electrical equipment, electronic equipment and components therein suitable for printed circuits and used to protect indoor use.

Fuse.

This section does not apply to ultra-small fuses for electrical installations used under special conditions, such as corrosive or explosive environments.

This section also uses the requirements of GB/T 9364.1-2015.

The purpose of this part is. in addition to the applicable requirements of GB/T 9364.1-2015, special and additional tests for ultra-small fuses are also specified.
