Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document is Part 3 of GB/T 9065.GB/T 9065 has already published the following parts.

---Hydraulic hose fittings, Part 1: O-ring end face sealing hose fittings;

---Hydraulic transmission connection hose fitting, part 2.24° tapered;

---Hydraulic transmission connection hose fittings, Part 3: Flange type;

---Hydraulic transmission connection hose fitting, Part 4: Stud end;

---Hydraulic hose fittings, Part 5.37° flared end hose fittings;

---Hydraulic transmission connection hose fitting Part 6.60° tapered.

This document supersedes GB/T 9065.3-2020 "Hydraulic Transmission Connections - Hose Fittings Part 3: Flange Type" and is consistent with GB/T 9065.3-Compared to 2020, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The nominal inner diameter range of applicable hoses has been changed from "12.5mm~51mm" to "12.5mm~76mm" (see Chapter 1, 2020).

b) Test requirements for hose fittings and hose assemblies have been removed (see 4.3 in the 2020 edition), and performance requirements for flanged hose fittings have been added.

c) A 90° long bend type has been added (see Table 1 and Table 4);

d) Added "64×63" and "76×76" hose connector specifications (see Tables 2-8);

e) Added short bend height values for hose fittings with specifications of "32×25", "38×31.5" and "51×38" (see Tables 7 and 8);

f) The requirements for the manufacturing process have been changed (see 7.2, 2020 version 7.2);

g) The surface treatment requirements have been changed (see 7.3, 2020 edition of 7.3).

This document is modified to adopt ISO 12151-3:2021 "Hydraulic transmission and general connections - Hose fittings - Part 3: Adapted from ISO 12151-3:2021".

Hose fittings with flange ends conforming to ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 12151-3:2021, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---ISO 5598 (see Chapter 3) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 17446 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability.

Actual nature;

---ISO 6162-1 (see 4.2, 4.3 and 6.1) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 42086.1 to accommodate my country's technical requirements.

Improve operability;

---ISO 6162-2 (see 4.2, 4.3 and 6.1) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 42086.2 to accommodate my country's technical requirements.

Improve operability;

---ISO 1302 (see 7.2) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 131 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability;

---ISO 9227 (see 7.3) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 10125 to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability.

Actual nature;

---Requirements for ordering information have been added (see Chapter 8) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve operability.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---Change the standard title to "Hydraulic Transmission Connection Hoses and Fittings Part 3: Flange Type";

---Note 2 of the range has been deleted;

---The drawing has been redrawn according to my country's mechanical engineering drawing standards;

---The URLs for the terminology databases maintained by ISO and IEC for standardization have been removed;

---ISO 4397 has been replaced with GB/T 2351 as an informative reference, and it has been moved from the list of normative references to the reference list.

1 Scope

This document specifies flanged hose fittings made of carbon steel (a typical example is shown in Figure 1, applicable to those conforming to GB/T 42086.1 and...).

GB/T 42086.2 specifies the basic requirements for the design, performance, and dimensions of oil ports and flange clamps.

This document applies to hoses with a nominal inner diameter of 12.5 mm to 76 mm (compliant with the nominal inner diameter of hoses in GB/T 2351).

Note. If other materials are selected, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate accordingly.
