What this standard covers

This standard applies to the processing of semi-finished products for the user to continue to F & HFICs, also applies to more than one chip is equipped with a chip carrier circuits, and these chips should be interconnected as a separate unit membrane interconnect technology. This standard does not include printed circuit boards, but applied to the printed circuit board, including F & HFICs. This standard specifies the quality assessment procedures as well as electrical, climatic, mechanical and durability test methods. This standard specifies the use of the identification program approval process or the ability to approve requests for product release. Requirements of these procedures are given in 3. 5 and 3. 6.
