Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 7813-2008 "Rolling bearing split vertical housing dimensions", and GB/T 7813-2008

The main technical changes are as follows.

--- Revised the expression of the structure type (see Chapter 5 of this edition, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);

--- Increased the external dimensions of the SN519 in the two-screw housing SN5 series (see Table 2);

--- Increased the external dimensions of the two-stud bearing housing SN30 and SN31 series (see Table 4 and Table 5);

--- Increased the external dimensions of the four-spindle housing SD30 series (see Table C.1);

--- Removed the structural schematic and external dimensions of the two-screw reducer type bearing housing (see Figure 2 and Table 3 to Table 4 of the.2008 edition);

--- Revised the applicable spherical roller bearing model (see Table 2, Table 3, Table 6 to Table 8 and Table C.2~ Table C.3;.2008 edition)

Table 1 to Table 5 and Table A.1 to Table A.2);

--- Increased the way the bearing and housing are installed (see Appendix A);

--- Revised the structure diagram of the positioning ring for the bearing housing (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the.2008 edition).

This standard uses the redrafting method with reference to ISO 113.2010 "Rolling bearing vertical housing dimensions", and ISO 113.

The degree of consistency in.2010 is non-equivalent.

This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

1 Scope

This standard specifies two-screw split vertical bearing housing and four-screw split vertical bearing seat for self-aligning ball bearings and spherical roller bearings (

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 6930 apply to this document.

Two stud split vertical bearing block

The bearing cap has two bolts and a split bearing seat with two bolt holes on the base.

Four stud split vertical bearing block

The bearing cap has four bolts and a split bearing housing with four bolt holes on the base.

The structure type and code of the bearing housing and the applicable bearing bore type and diameter series are shown in Table 1. The bearing and housing mounting methods are as follows.

The bearing housing usually adopts double lip seal (code omitted), and other sealing types can be used according to user requirements, such as TS-maze seal.

7.1 General
