This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 7631.11-1994 "Lubricants and related products (L class) classification - Part 11. G group (guide)", and the main changes compared to 7631.11-1994 GB/T as follows.

--- Standard name was changed to "Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (L class) classification - Part 11. G group (guide)";

--- GB/T 7631.11-1994 LG modify the L-GA;

--- Increase L-GB and L-GS two varieties.

This section uses redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 6743-13:2002 "Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (L class) classification Part 13. G group (guide) "(in English).

The portion of the ISO 6743-13:2002 compared to the technical differences are as follows.

1 Scope

3 Symbols Explanation

Detailed 3.1 G group is based on the set of a variety of products variety of different applications require determined.

By a group of letters symbols for each species represented 3.2, together constitute a code symbol.

Note. The first letter of the code (G) represents the product group belongs, when the second letter itself alone no meaning.
