What this standard covers

This standard specifies two paint color representation. One is prescribed by the International Commission on Illumination instrument measured three-color color paint system data to represent colors. Another is the Chinese color system like books or Munsell color atlas is based on the color of the label that is perceived to represent paint color attributes. It includes two visually and the CIE chart data is converted into a label calculation. This standard applies to opaque film. This standard does not apply to transparent paint and fluorescent paint film.
