Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 47905 "Measuring Instruments for Human Body Response to Vibration". GB/T 47905 has been published as follows.

Part 2.

---Part 1: General Vibration Meters this document replaces GB/T 23716-2009 "Measuring Instruments for Human Body Response to Vibration". Compared with GB/T 23716-2009, except for...

Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The section on "Verification Tests" has been removed (see Chapter 13 of the 2009 edition);

---Added content on "Calibration of Disposable Instruments" (see Chapter 13);

---Added content on "Periodic Verification" (see Chapter 14);

---The error in clause 3.1.2.4 in D.2 has been corrected; the correct clause is 3.1.2.3 (see Appendix D, Appendix D of the 2009 edition).

---Appendix I has been added, providing guidelines for evaluating instrument measurement uncertainty (see Appendix I).

This document is equivalent to ISO 8041-1:2017 "Measurement instruments for human response to vibration - Part 1: General vibration meters".

The following minimal editorial changes have been made to this document.

Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents.

This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Mechanical Vibration, Shock and Condition Monitoring (SAC/TC53).

Introduction

As of 2005, when the previous version of this document was published, instruments used to measure the human body's response to vibration (vibration meters) typically consisted of a signal processing unit.

It consists of a detachable vibration sensor. However, according to recent developments, some signal processing steps can be integrated inside the sensor unit, making...

The front-end signal output from the sensor sensing element and entering the signal conditioning unit is no longer accessed. Such sensor units include integrated electronic pressure...

Electro-electro-mechanical (IEPE) sensors and microelectro-mechanical systems (MEMS) sensors, etc.

However, some of the test procedures specified in this document assume that the point in the signal path has access conditions (electrical input). Because of this...

Input is not mandatory; therefore, these tests can only be performed on vibration meters equipped with electrical input capabilities, or require technical modifications to the instrument.

(For example, achieving internal access to signal paths). Alternatively, these tests may only be performed mechanically, and in some cases, partial testing may be required.

The program has been modified. However, such modifications to the test program are beyond the scope of this document.

Some of the test procedures specified in this document can only be performed when electrical output is available, such as in 5.13.This is because such output is not mandatory.

Internal access to the signal path.

The verification tests specified in this document are practical and designed to identify those that meet both the calibration requirements of the intended application and the intended use.

The instruments are designed to ensure that the calibration laboratory is cost-effective and affordable for end users. Therefore, compared to a complete type evaluation or verification...

The scope of this verification test has been significantly reduced, focusing only on the most critical characteristics of the vibration meter.

GB/T 47905, "Measuring Instruments for Human Body Response to Vibration," specifies the technical requirements for human body vibration measuring instruments, including frequency and time meters.

The weighting characteristics and calibration methods, to ensure the accuracy of whole-body vibration and hand-transmitted vibration measurement results, are proposed to consist of the following parts.

---Part 1: General Vibration Meters. The purpose is to provide performance specifications for vibration measurement instruments used to evaluate the human body's response to vibration.

and tolerance limits;

---Part 2: Human Vibration Meters. The purpose is to define the human body vibration meters used for measuring whole-body vibrations, hand-transmitted vibrations, and corresponding exposure times.

Minimum requirements for vibration meters.

Requirements for verification, periodic calibration and on-site inspection, as well as specifications for vibration calibrators used for on-site inspection.

The vibration measurement instruments specified in this document may be single instruments, combinations of instruments, or computer-based acquisition and analysis systems.

The vibration measuring instruments specified in this document are intended for vibration measurement for one or more of the following purposes.

Vibration measuring instruments can be designed based on one or more frequency weightings defined for each application.

This document defines three levels of performance testing.

a) Type evaluation or verification.

1) Type evaluation. Full performance testing of the instrument conducted according to the specifications stipulated in this document;

2) Validation of disposable instruments, i.e., a limited set of tests for a single vibration measurement system according to the relevant specifications defined in this document.

conduct.
