5 System Architecture

5.1 The architecture of the urban operation management service platform is shown in Figure

6.1.7 The standard and specification system should meet the requirements for the construction and use of the urban operation management service platform.

6.3 Platform System Functions

6.3.2 The urban management sub-platform should have functions such as business guidance and supervision and inspection, and should include a business guidance system, a supervision and inspection system, and municipal services. Systems such as public utilities management, urban appearance and sanitation management, landscaping and greening management, and comprehensive law enforcement should comply with the following regulations.

a) The business guidance system includes functional modules such as policies and regulations for urban comprehensive management, industry statistics, and experience exchange;

7.1 Platform Composition

7.1.1 Provincial-level platforms should consist of infrastructure, data resources, application support, business applications, user access, standards and specifications system, and security system. 7.3 Platform System Functions

8 Municipal-level platforms

8.1 General Requirements The municipal-level platform should ideally be an integrated platform at both the municipal and district (county) levels, with functions expanded according to the city's actual needs. 8.2 Platform Composition

8.2.1 The municipal-level platform should consist of infrastructure, data resources, application support, business applications, user access, standards and specifications system, and security system. It consists of 7 parts, as shown in Figure 4, and can be expanded into sub-platforms and application systems according to actual needs.

8.2.2 Infrastructure should include network resources, communication resources, computing resources, storage resources, backup resources, security resources, facilities, and sensing equipment. Prepare, etc.

8.4 Platform System Functions

8.4.2 The integrated operation monitoring system should aggregate risk and hazard investigation lists from relevant industries and enterprises in urban operation management services, as well as intelligent monitoring equipment. It also includes industry management and regulatory information, and has functions such as comprehensive risk assessment, risk classification and control, and comprehensive forecasting and early warning.

8.4.3 Urban operation-related industry systems should include gas, drainage, water supply, heating, urban roads, bridges and tunnels, sanitation facilities, etc., and should preferably include these systems. This includes systems such as public buildings, integrated utility tunnels, sewage treatment, and hazardous buildings, and must comply with the following regulations.

a) Gas systems, including piped gas, bottled liquefied petroleum gas, vehicle gas, and gas end-users, should have risk assessment, monitoring, and early warning capabilities. c) The water supply system should include risk assessment for water sources, water plants, pumping stations, water supply networks, fire hydrants, secondary water supply facilities, and water users. Functions include assessment, monitoring and early warning, comprehensive analysis, hidden danger investigation and supervision, hydraulic/water quality analysis and supervision, supply guarantee supervision, and collaborative law enforcement.

d) The heating system, targeting heat sources, heating pipe networks, heat exchange stations, and heating users, possesses risk assessment, monitoring and early warning, comprehensive analysis, and hidden danger detection capabilities.
