Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 9528:2022 "Aerospace - PTFE hoses at 204°C/21000kPa standard weight".

Component Procurement Specifications.

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 9528:2022.

---Removed section 4.1 from ISO 9528:2022;

---4.1 to 4.10 correspond to 4.2 to 4.11 in ISO 9528:2022, respectively;

---Removed 5.1 from ISO 9528:2022;

---5.1 to 5.5 correspond to 5.2 to 5.6 in ISO 9528:2022, respectively;

---Chapter 7 of ISO 9528:2022 has been removed.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 9256:2022, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---The MIL standard-related information referenced in Table 1 of ISO 9256:2022 has been removed to accommodate domestic applications;

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for 21MPa polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hose assemblies used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems in the aerospace field.

It includes the structure, materials, and performance, describes the test methods, and specifies the inspection requirements and delivery preparation.

This document applies to the manufacture of hydraulic system hose assemblies with an operating temperature of -55°C to 204°C and an operating pressure not exceeding 21MPa.

For testing and inspection. Refer to the pneumatic system that allows gas diffusion through the inner tube for reference.

This document does not apply to high-pressure pneumatic storage systems, or systems exceeding the limits specified in this document or not explicitly covered by this document (such as oxygen storage systems).
