Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 9679:2006 "Test methods for clamps in aerospace fluid systems".

This document has undergone the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 9679:2006.

---Chapter 3 has been added;

---Chapters 4 through 6 correspond to Chapters 3 through 5 of ISO 9679:2006, respectively.

The technical differences between this document and ISO 9679:2006, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

---The normatively referenced GB/T 7762-2014 replaces ISO 1431-1:2004 (see 5.2) to adapt to my country's technical conditions.

Provide operability;

---The normatively referenced GB/T 40720-2021 has replaced ISO 2951 (see 5.4) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and provide [relevant standards/standards].

Operability;

---The normatively referenced GB/T 16422.3-2022 has replaced ISO 4892-3 (see 5.5) to adapt to my country's technical conditions and improve [the quality of life].

Provide operability;

---The designation "TA18" replaces "Ti-3Al-2.5V" (see 5.6.2.1, 6.2.1), which better reflects the actual usage in my country;

---The use of "MPa" instead of "kPa" (see 5.6.2.3 and 6.3.2.4) is more in line with the actual usage in my country.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---To align with existing standards, the standard name has been changed to "Test Methods for Pipe Clamps in Fluid Systems".

Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents.

This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the National Aircraft Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC435).
