1 Scope

GB/T 47294-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering how a live streaming platform is run - the verification of streamers, the moderation of content in real time, the handling of virtual gifts and of minors' spending, the records kept and the response to a report or an order. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Live streaming Activities that continuously release real-time information to the public via the internet in the form of video, audio, text, and images.

3.2 A legal entity that provides network live streaming (3.1) with lines, servers, systems, operation management and technical services.

3.3 Livestreamer A natural person who provides services through online live streaming (3.1).

3.4 User account useraccount An account registered on a live streaming platform (3.2).

3.5 Live streaming account User accounts that have activated the online live streaming (3.1) service (3.4).
