This document specifies the general requirements, information security requirements, and identification requirements for electronic identification of electric bicycles, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the design, testing, and application of products related to electronic identification for electric bicycles.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 A digital identity certificate that links the attribute information of electric bicycles to their uniqueness in the road traffic environment.

Note. Its encoding is a combination of numbers and letters, which can be recognized by electronic devices.

3.2 This is an ultra-high frequency radio frequency identification security chip used to carry the electronic identity of electric bicycles, and it has an authorized access mechanism and cryptographic operation function.

3.3 A QR code containing the electronic identity of the electric bicycle and its associated information.

Note. For use on electric bicycle license plates or smart mobile terminal applications.
