GB/T 4706.111-2024 is the Chinese standard "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 111: Particular requirements for commercial integrated kitchen appliance".

The rated voltage does not exceed 250V, and the rated voltage of other appliances does not exceed Special requirements for commercial kitchens with over 480V. NOTE 101 Such appliances are used in commercial enterprises such as restaurants, food shops, hospitals, bakeries and butchers.

The electrical parts of appliances using other forms of energy are also within the scope of this document. This document deals with the common hazards posed by this type of apparatus.

This document considers the possible mutual impact of the individual commercial appliances in a commercial kitchen after combination.
