Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB/T 20403-2006 "Ordinary Fixed Rehabilitation Training Beds" and GB/T 26340-2010 "Adjustable Rehabilitation Training Beds". Beds. This document is based on GB/T 26340-2010 and integrates the content of GB/T 20403-2006.(The last part, "and GB/T 26340-2010," appears to be a separate, unrelated clause and is left untranslated.) In comparison, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

---The definition of a rehabilitation training bed has been revised (see 3.1, GB/T 20403-2006 3.1);

---Classifications and model numbers have been removed (see Chapter 4 of GB/T 26340-2010);

---Increased surface quality (see 4.2);

---The angle requirement has been changed (see 4.5.4,

5.6.3 of GB/T 26340-2010);

---The test method for noise has been changed (see 6.6,

8.9 of GB/T 26340-2010);

---Stability requirements have been changed (see 4.7,

5.4 of GB/T 26340-2010);

---The requirements and test methods for the static load strength of upright bed accessories have been revised (see 4.8.2, 6.8.2, and

1 Scope

GB/T 47000-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the rehabilitation bed - the powered tilting and limb training functions, the safety of a machine that moves a patient who may not be able to stop it, the emergency stop and the load limits. It replaces GB/T 20403-2006, renumbered, and takes effect on 1 January 2027. It was issued on 31 December 2025 and takes effect on 1 January 2027, replacing GB/T 20403-2006. The document is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. This document defines the terminology for rehabilitation training beds and specifies the requirements, inspection rules, safety warnings, instructions for use, and labels for rehabilitation training beds. The labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage procedures are described, along with the corresponding test methods. This document applies to adjustable rehabilitation training beds, fixed rehabilitation training beds, and upright rehabilitation training beds, and is used to standardize the design of rehabilitation training beds. Design, production and inspection. This document does not apply to nursing beds/hospital beds with rehabilitation training functions.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 training bed A bed used to assist users (those undergoing rehabilitation training) in restoring or maintaining physical function and carrying out limb rehabilitation training. Note

3.2 A training bed with one or more bed supports, and adjustable height and/or angle (3.1, see Figure 1).

3.3 Training bed with the bed frame and bed board fixed (3.1, see Figure 2).

3.4 The bed surface can be adjusted to an upright position to assist and support the user in standing training (3.1, see Figure 3).
