This document establishes the evaluation indicators and process for evaluating consumer experience of products sold on e-commerce platforms, and provides evaluation guidelines. Price content, as well as guarantees and capability support. This document applies to the experience evaluation activities of e-commerce platform operators on the products they sell, and also to third-party organizations' evaluations of e-commerce products. Experience evaluation activities for products sold on e-commerce platforms. This document does not apply to the evaluation of second-hand products, virtual products and services.
