3 Terms and Definitions

4.1 Basic conditions
4.1.1 Possess independent legal person status and the ability to provide services.
4.1.2 A fixed service location commensurate with the service content and scale shall be established, and shall be located far from pollution sources and hazardous sources. The service location shall include drying facilities. Dry storage, warehousing, and logistics turnover sites should ideally have testing and inspection facilities.
4.1.3 It has sound management systems for personnel management, operations management, warehousing management, safety management, emergency management, and traceability management.
4.1.4 Possess the ability to pay compensation for natural disasters or accidents, which should be achieved through self-owned funds, purchasing grain insurance, etc.
4.2 Facilities and Equipment
4.2.1 Those providing grain drying services should be equipped with complete sets of metering and testing equipment, as well as grain drying systems, to meet the service requirements. equipment.
4.2.2 For those providing grain storage services, the facilities and equipment shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 29890 and relevant national regulations.
4.3 Personnel
4.3.1 There should be positions for service management, drying operation, grain inspection, and warehouse storage.
4.3.2 The facility should be equipped with a number of specialized personnel commensurate with its service scale, including grain drying operators, grain inspectors, and grain storage staff. Personnel in relevant positions should possess the necessary knowledge and skills, receive relevant training before starting work, and meet the required qualifications.
