This document establishes the basic principles for the implementation of cultural digital asset transactions, and outlines the transaction subjects, transaction objects, transaction processes, and transaction implementation. 3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Digital assets digitalalasset A digital representation of an asset or other asset that exists only in digital form. [Source: GB/T 43572-2023, 3.20]
3.2 cultural digital assets Digital assets with cultural attributes (3.1).
Note. This includes assets formed by digitizing existing cultural resources, as well as assets created directly using digital technology.
3.3 Trading Subject The object to which the rights and obligations of both the seller and the buyer in cultural digital asset transactions are directed.
4 Basic Principles
The basic principles in the process of trading cultural digital assets include.
---Compliance. Complies with relevant national policies and regulations of competent authorities, and strengthens the prevention of digital financial risks;
---Security. Implement effective technical and management measures to prevent data leakage, tampering, and misuse, and ensure information security during the transaction process;
---Transparency. The transaction process is open, transparent, and traceable, facilitating supervision and management by relevant parties and regulatory agencies;
--- Impartiality. Openness and fairness, prevention of monopolies and unfair competition, and protection of the legitimate rights of all parties.
