Standard Knowledge Graph (SKG) uses technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to digitize standards and their entire lifecycle. This involves acquiring and integrating standard knowledge from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured standard data. This is achieved by leveraging the rules inherent in the standards. Sexual knowledge is transformed into a logically clear and structurally complete relational system, enabling functions such as retrieval, recommendation, question answering, and reasoning of standard knowledge, through machine learning. The use of device-readable data in computation enables standards to be read, transmitted, understood, and applied by digital devices, thus driving the digital transformation of standards. GB/T 46686 is proposed to consist of two parts.
1.Implementation Guidelines. The purpose is to provide recommendations for the implementation of standard knowledge graph construction, application, and updating.
2.Quality Assessment. The purpose is to provide a quality assessment index system and evaluation methods for standard knowledge graphs. Standard Knowledge Graph Part
1 Scope
GB/T 46686.1-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering building a knowledge graph out of standards themselves - the entities that are documents, clauses, terms and requirements, the relations of citation, replacement and adoption between them, and the construction and maintenance of the graph.
