This document establishes the framework for the operation system of the supercomputing internet platform, and specifies the responsibilities for resource operation, product operation, process management, and operational data management. Requirements for management, user service, operations team building, and platform operation security. This document is applicable to operators of supercomputing internet platforms who are designing platform operation mechanisms and carrying out service operations, and is intended for relevant operators. Used by administrators and platform developers.
