Scope

GB/T 46492-2025 is the English-translated version of 无线供电厨房系统接口设计规范.

GB/T 46492-2025 is the Chinese national standard for the interfaces of a cordless kitchen system, made up of wireless power transmitters and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances.

It sets out the system architecture, the communication types and the interface categories, then the hardware and software requirements for each interface: the mechanical interface with its basic structure and design, the wireless power transmission interface with its working principle and basic topology model, and the communication interface based on NFC or on 2.4 GHz.

It also covers the information interface built on either of those communication interfaces, the user interface, and archiving and verification. Terms are taken from GB/T 34439 and GB/Z 41528. It was issued on 5 October 2025 and has applied since 1 May 2026.

1 Scope

This document specifies the main interface design specifications for wirelessly powered kitchen systems (including wireless power transmitters and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances).

The specifications mainly include the interface types and hardware and software requirements for mechanical interfaces, wireless power transmission interfaces, communication interfaces, and information interfaces.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34439 and GB/Z 41528, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 Mechanical interface

Mechanical structures that provide the necessary connection, support, or restraint between wireless power transmitters and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances.

3.2 Wireless power transmission interface

An interface for energy transfer between a wireless power transmitter and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances via magnetic field coupling.

3.3 Communication interface

The interface for the physical layer connection between wireless power transmitters and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances.

3.4 Information Interface

An interface for information exchange between a wireless power transmitter and wirelessly powered kitchen appliances.

3.5 User Interface

An interface for users to interact with wireless power transmitters or wirelessly powered kitchen appliances.

3.6 Induction heating

The conductive material is exposed to an alternating magnetic field to generate eddy currents using the principle of electromagnetic induction. These eddy currents generate heat energy, thus achieving heating.
