Scope

GB/T 46136-2025 is the English-translated version of 化学品 液态粪肥中的厌氧转化试验.

GB/T 46136-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering what happens to a substance in a slurry store — the anaerobic incubation in liquid manure, the radiolabelled or analytically tracked parent and its transformation products, the mass balance including the gas phase, and the half-life that decides what reaches the field when the slurry is spread. Veterinary substances leave the animal and go into the slurry pit: this is where their fate is actually decided. First edition, in force from 1 December 2025. Issued on 29 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 December 2025.

Anaerobic Conversion Experiment in Chemical Liquid Manure

1 Scope

This document defines the terminology and definitions for anaerobic conversion experiments in liquid manure, establishes the experimental principle, and specifies the information on the test substance and reference.

The test methods are described, including requirements for materials, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting.

This document is applicable to the testing and evaluation of the anaerobic transformation of chemicals in liquid manure; and is used to determine the effects of chemicals on liquid manure.

Conversion rate, as well as the properties and formation and degradation rates of the conversion products.

This document applies to non-volatile or slightly volatile substances (Henry's law constant < 100 Pa-m3/mol or < 1-10-3 atm-mol-1).

This document covers all chemicals that are water-soluble or slightly soluble in water (m3/mol) and can be accurately analyzed. It does not apply to volatile chemicals.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 50% decay time (disappearancetime50; dissipationtime50; DT50)

The time required for the concentration of the test substance to decrease to 50% of its initial concentration.

3.2 90% decay time (disappearancetime90; dissipationtime90; DT90)

The time required for the concentration of the test substance to decrease to 10% of the initial concentration.
