1 Scope

This document specifies the ordering details, classifications, codes, manufacturing processes, and technical requirements for stainless steel plates and strips used in shipbuilding and marine engineering.

Test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates.

This document applies to hot-rolled thick stainless steel plates, hot-rolled wide steel strips, and cold-rolled wide steel strips and their rolled plates used in shipbuilding and marine engineering (hereinafter referred to as...).
