Foreword

GB/T 4604 "Rolling clearance" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. radial bearings radial clearance;

--- Part 2. Four-point contact ball bearing axial clearance.

This section GB/T 4604 Part 2.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

2010 "Rolling clearance - Part 2.. Four-point contact ball bearing shaft in this section use the translation method using equivalent ISO 5753-2 to play. " Consistency correspondence between this part of international documents and normative references of our files are as follows.

--- GB/T 6930-2002 Rolling Vocabulary (ISO 5593:1997, IDT);

--- GB/T 7811-2007 Rolling parameter symbols (ISO 15241:2001, IDT).

This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee of Rolling (SAC/TC98) centralized.

This section is drafted. Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Changshu Great Wall Bearing Co.

Introduction

Four point contact ball bearing raceway is designed to withstand high axial loads in both directions to separate angular contact ball bearings.

Axial clearance values apply to be subject to pure axial load bearing in both directions, but it is not installed or preload bearing and non-bearing Subject to any external loads (ie without applying measuring load) in the state.

Bearing structures and testing methods related to the uncertainty due to the test, the measurement results may be discrete, and with the wish to measure this family be considered.

Part 2. Four-point contact ball bearing axial clearance

1 Scope

GB/T 4604 provisions of this part of the axial clearance value of the contact angle of 35 ° four-point contact ball bearing.

This section applies to a four-point contact ball bearings.

3 Terms and Definitions

Terms and definitions GB/T 4199-2003 and as defined in ISO 5593 apply to this document.

Note. For ease of use this document, the following definitions are paraphrased.

Axial clearance axialinternalclearance Ga not subjected to any external loads, a ring from one relative to the other ring the arithmetic mean of the axial position to the opposite extreme of the extreme positions of the axial distance.

Note 1. This average includes a ferrule angular positions different from each other as well as the amount of displacement of rolling element set is not the same angular position relative to the ferrule.

Note 2. In order to ensure the validity of the measurement position in each of the ferrule relative to each other limit axial position relative radial position of the rolling elements and raceways indeed opposing group Paul set ring relative to the other rings in the limit axial position.

[GB/T 4199-2003, the definition 8.2.1] 3.2 Four point contact ball bearings four-point-contactbalbearing when pure radial loads, each carrying the ball to each raceway has two single row angular contact ball bearing contact.

Note 1. When the bearing pure axial load, each ball and each raceway contact with only one point.

Note 2. Although the bearing nominal contact angle of not more than 45 °, but is often used as a thrust bearing.

Note 3. In accordance with ISO 5593:1997 defined 01.05.09 modifications.

4 Symbol

ISO 15241 and given the following symbols apply to this document.

Unless otherwise indicated, the symbol shown in Table 1 (except the clearance value symbolic) and values are expressed nominal size.
