GB/T 45931-2025 is the English-translated version of 公路用建筑垃圾再生集料及无机混合料.
GB/T 45931-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering crushed demolition rubble used as road base rather than landfill — the categories by concrete aggregate content, the debris and light debris that have to be counted because brick, wood and plastic behave nothing like concrete, the sand equivalent, the unconfined compressive strength of the inorganic mixture, the freeze-thaw strength ratio, the inspection rules, and the transport and storage. First edition, in force from 1 January 2026. Issued on 30 June 2025, it has been in force since 1 January 2026.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 construction wasteconstruction waste
A general term for construction debris, construction mud, construction waste, demolition waste and decoration waste.
Note. This includes waste soil, waste materials and their waste generated during the construction, reconstruction, expansion and demolition of various buildings, structures, pipe networks, etc., as well as residents’ house decoration and renovation.
Other solid wastes do not include construction waste that has been inspected and identified as hazardous waste.
3.2 recycled aggregate recycledaggregate
Aggregates made from construction waste through processes such as sorting, impurity removal, crushing, and screening.

The percentage of concrete blocks and stone materials with recycled aggregates with a particle size of 4.75 mm or more in the total mass.

Concrete aggregate content is greater than or equal to 90% recycled aggregate.
