3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 copyrightowner

The subject who enjoys rights and interests in intellectual achievements that meet the characteristics of works in accordance with the law.

3.2 digital copyright

In the digital network environment, the rights and interests enjoyed by the right holder over his intellectual achievements that meet the characteristics of works.
