1 Scope
This document provides the monitoring principle, monitoring system, performance indicators, monitoring station, system installation, and detection methods of boiler carbon emission online monitoring.
Technical guidelines for implementation, operation and maintenance, and data review and processing.
This document applies to boilers burning fossil fuels (including those blended with non-fossil fuels).
This document does not apply to waste incineration boilers, waste heat boilers and boilers that burn only biomass.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Carbon dioxide emissions from boiler fuel combustion and its flue gas treatment process (desulfurization, denitrification, etc.).
3.2
All the equipment needed to monitor boiler carbon emission concentration and volume online.
Note. Abbreviated as “monitoring system”.
3.3 Standard state
The state when the temperature is 273K and the pressure is 101.325kPa.
