GB/T 45853-2025 is the English-translated version of 非公路用旅游观光车辆安全监控管理系统.

1 Scope

This document specifies the system structure, technology, and management system for off-highway tourist vehicles safety monitoring and management (hereinafter referred to as the "monitoring system"). Requirements and functional verification.

This document applies to the safety monitoring and management of off-road tourist sightseeing vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "sightseeing vehicles").

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21268 and GB/T 38433 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Safety monitoring and management system

A system used to monitor the working status of vehicles and capable of identifying, recording and managing the safety information of vehicles, personnel and the environment in real time.

3.2 Information collection device

A device used for information source collection.
