Introduction

The Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China implemented in 2018 further established the self-declaration of enterprise standards from a legal perspective.

The disclosure and supervision system requires enterprises to disclose the mandatory standards, recommended standards, group standards or enterprise standards they implement, and encourages enterprises to The standard information public service platform will be made public to the society. In 2023, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the “Enterprise Standardization Promotion Office”.

The Law on Enterprise Standards has put forward more specific requirements for the self-declaration and disclosure of enterprise standards, and encouraged enterprises to publish enterprise standard information through the national unified enterprise standard information disclosure system.

If a self-declaration is made public through a service platform or through other channels, it shall be made public on the national unified enterprise standard information public The service platform clearly indicates the public channels and ensures that the information self-declared to be public is accessible, traceable and tamper-proof.

This document describes the requirements for implementing the self-declaration, disclosure and supervision system of enterprise standards in accordance with the Measures for Promoting Enterprise Standardization.
