1 Scope
This document specifies the business information entity structure, basic business information entity, application requirements and evaluation methods of the exchange header encapsulation package.
This document applies to the transmission and exchange of data, electronic documents or messages and their combinations in the fields of administration, commerce, transportation, industry, etc.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 exchangeheader
Exchange head Header information of an electronic document or message exchange file.
Note. The exchange header mainly includes information about the parties involved in the exchange and the scope of business.
3.2 Envelope
Business data is encapsulated according to communication protocols or custom rules to form a data packet for transmission or exchange.
