1 Scope
This document stipulates the basic conditions, service content and requirements, service evaluation and improvement of agricultural product wholesale market services, and describes the corresponding method of confirmation.
This document applies to the comprehensive services provided by operators of agricultural product wholesale markets to trading parties.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Wholesale markets of agricultural products
The trading objects include vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, livestock and poultry meat and by-products, fresh eggs and other agricultural products and their primary processed products.
Provide long-term, fixed wholesale trading facilities and equipment, and have service functions such as commodity distribution, information disclosure, settlement, and price formation trading place.

3.2 Administrators
A corporate entity or other organization that provides venues, facilities, services and daily management for agricultural product transactions in accordance with the law.
3.3 Traders
Business entities or individuals such as distributors, purchasers and ordinary consumers who conduct transactions in agricultural product wholesale markets.
3.4 Third-party service providers
In addition to the operator, it also provides warehousing, loading and unloading, distribution, quality inspection, financial settlement, legal consultation, property management, etc. to the trading parties.
