GB/T 45544-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the skipping rope used in school teaching, fitness testing and competition — the categories covering handled and handle-less, roped and ropeless, mechanical and electronic counting, the structure, the safety requirements that borrow the toy limits on migratable elements and phthalate plasticisers, the fatigue and mechanical strength, the behaviour at high and low temperature, the accuracy of the count and the timer, and the continuous working time. First edition, in force from 1 July 2025. Issued on 28 March 2025, it has been in force since 1 July 2025.
