3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations

3.1 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 39267, GB/T 45434.1 and JJF 1180 apply to this document.

3.2 Abbreviations

The following abbreviations apply to this document. BDT. BeiDou Time CAT. China Atomic Time CST. China Standard Time UTC. Coordinated Universal Time

4 General requirements

The CST Bulletin shall use standardized terms and definitions and authentic and reliable data information, and the data units shall adopt the legal measurement units of China.

The expression of quantity and unit shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB 3100, GB/T 3101, GB/T 3102.1, and the numerical expression shall comply with GB/T 8170.

The uncertainty assessment shall comply with the requirements of JJF 1059.1.

The data and content of the CST Bulletin should be subject to a review and re-examination system to ensure the accuracy and authority of the Bulletin.

The release cycle of the CST Bulletin is generally one month.
