3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

For individual farmers, farm workers, agricultural machinery specialists and agricultural machinery service organizations directly engaged in agricultural production, purchase and update agricultural machinery

Subsidies are provided for the agricultural machinery and equipment needed for production.

3.2

Insurance institutions shall, in accordance with relevant contracts, provide insurance for the insured who suffers the agreed losses incurred by the insured in the production of crops, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery.

Insurance activities that undertake the responsibility of paying insurance compensation for property losses caused by insurance accidents such as natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, diseases, etc.
