Scope

GB/T 44749.1-2024 is the English-translated version of 胶粘剂 室内木制品用胶粘剂评价和选择试验方法 第1部分:在非恶劣环境下的抗分层性.

GB/T 44749.1-2024 — This document describes the test method for the delamination resistance of adhesives used on wood products in non-hostile environments. A guide for the selection of agent/wood combinations where the product will not be exposed to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.

This document provides a series of cyclic tests at different temperatures and humidities to verify that the selected adhesive or the product being bonded is Whether it meets the corresponding anti-delamination requirements.

This document is intended to assist users in selecting appropriate adhesives and in evaluating adhesives and wood products bonded to them. This document is applicable to the determination of the delamination resistance of adhesives for interior wood products in non-harsh environments, and can be used as a reference for other adhesive products.

This document is not applicable to the determination of structural components. NOTE. When this method is used to test actual bonded products, the test results may not be accurate because the test laboratory generally has no control over how the product is assembled. Comparability.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 44749 Adhesives - Test methods for evaluation and selection of adhesives for interior wood products.

GB/T 44749 has published the following parts.

--- Part 1: Resistance to delamination in non-harsh environments;

--- Part 2: Resistance to delamination in harsh environments.

This document is modified to adopt ISO 26842-1:2020 "Adhesives - Evaluation and selection of adhesives for interior wood products - Part 1" Points. Anti-delamination in non-harsh environments.

Compared with ISO 26842-1:2020, this document has many structural adjustments.

See Appendix A for the table.

This document has many technical differences compared to ISO 26842-1:2020.

A list of these technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix B.

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

--- Moved the evaluation part of the principle to the result calculation and evaluation part, and modified the description of the principle according to Chinese conventions;

--- Change the equipment names in test equipment and tools to commonly used domestic names;

Introduction

With the change of wood raw material structure, the supply of wood products in my country has shifted from traditional solid wood to glued wood materials.

It is mainly used in the wood product manufacturing industry to connect and fix various parts. Different types of wood product adhesives can meet to meet the requirements of different materials and processes, ensure the stability and aesthetics of furniture. In order to standardize the quality of adhesive products and guide the healthy and effective development of the product market with the development of the industry, my country has gradually established a relatively complete adhesive standard system.

The "Standard Method" is an important part of the adhesive standard system, which aims to evaluate the anti-delamination performance of adhesives used for wood products under different environmental conditions.

The price is to be composed of the following two parts.

--- Part 1: Anti-delamination in non-harsh environments. The purpose is to specify the adhesives for wood products used in non-harsh environments.

Test method for resistance to delamination of adhesives.

--- Part 2: Resistance to delamination in harsh environments. The purpose is to specify the resistance of adhesives for wood products used in harsh environments.

A layered testing approach.

This document applies to products with low delamination resistance for interior use (such as pencil cases, coasters) and products with medium delamination resistance for interior use (such as panels, cabinets, doors), provides a reliable basis for selecting and evaluating the anti-delamination properties of adhesives for wood products, and is conducive to eliminating technical trade barriers and better Promote trade, exchanges and technological cooperation, and drive industry development.
