Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is part 2 of GB/T 44533 "Die ball locking punch retainer plate". GB/T 44533 has been published for the following part.

--- Part 1: Type A and B light-duty rectangular and square;

--- Part 2: Type C and D light load simple type;

--- Part 3: Type E heavy-duty simplified type.

This document is equivalent to ISO 11900-2:2008 "Die ball lock punch retainer plate Part 2: C and D light load simple Easy Type.

A new chapter "Terms and Definitions" has been added to this document.

The following minimal editorial changes were made to this document.

--- Corrected the typographical error in the international standard and changed the modal verb "should" in Chapter 5 to "shall".

Introduction

GB/T 44533 adopts the ISO 11900 series of international standards, and each part is consistent with the international standards. It consists of three parts.

--- Part 1: Type A and B light-duty rectangular and square. The purpose is to unify the common light-duty ball locking punch fixing plate Size specifications.

--- Part 2: Type C and D light-duty simple types. The purpose is to unify the dimensions of the fixing plate of the light-duty simple ball locking punch Specification.

--- Part 3: E-type heavy-duty simple type. The purpose is to unify the dimensions of heavy-duty simple ball locking punch fixing plates.

C and D light load simple type

1 Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and tolerances of type C and type D ball locking punch retainer plates in millimeters.

It is mainly used in the process of punching holes in steel plates to fix the ball locking punch that complies with ISO 10071-1.

This document also specifies the materials, hardness and marking of retaining plates for ball locking punches, Type C and Type D.
