Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is part 1 of GB/T 44533 "Die ball locking punch retainer plate". GB/T 44533 has been published for the following part.

--- Part 1: Type A and B light-duty rectangular and square;

--- Part 2: Type C and D light load simple type;

--- Part 3: Type E heavy-duty simplified type.

This document is equivalent to ISO 11900-1:2007 "Die ball lock punch retainer plate Part 1: Type A and B light load long Square and Square.

A new chapter "Terms and Definitions" has been added to this document.

The following minimal editorial changes were made to this document.

--- Corrected the typographical errors in the international standards and deleted the document year numbers in the list of normative references in Chapter 2.

--- Corrected the typographical errors in the international standard and added the marking of the fixing plate (see Figure 1).

--- Corrected the printing error in the international standard and changed the position tolerance of hole phiD2 from "0.02" to "0.4" (see Figure 2).

Introduction

GB/T 44533 adopts the ISO 11900 series of international standards. Each part is consistent with the international standards and consists of three parts.

--- Part 1: Type A and B light-duty rectangular and square. The purpose is to unify the common light-duty ball locking punch fixing plate Size specifications.

--- Part 2: Type C and D light-duty simple types. The purpose is to unify the dimensions of the fixing plate of the light-duty simple ball locking punch Specification.

--- Part 3: E-type heavy-duty simple type. The purpose is to unify the dimensions of heavy-duty simple ball locking punch fixing plates.

1 Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and tolerances of Type A (rectangular) and Type B (square) ball locking punch retaining plates and their backing plates in millimeters.

This type of fixing plate and its backing plate are mainly used in the steel plate punching process to fix the ball locking punch that complies with ISO 10071-1.
