Intelligent Manufacturing Remote Operation and Maintenance System Evaluation index system

1 Scope

This document establishes the evaluation index system framework for remote operation and maintenance systems in the field of intelligent manufacturing, stipulates evaluation indicators, and clarifies evaluation requirements.

This document is applicable to the formulation of a comprehensive evaluation plan for the remote operation and maintenance system of intelligent manufacturing.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 42136-2022 apply to this document.

4 Remote Operation and Maintenance System Evaluation Index System Framework

This document provides the corresponding evaluation index system based on GB/T 42136-2022.

The framework of the evaluation index system shown in Figure 1 contains a three-layer architecture, and the definition of each index can be found in Chapter 6.

The indicator system framework shown in Figure 1 and the indicator definitions in Chapter 6 together constitute the remote operation and maintenance system indicator system given in this document.

The indicator system described in this document can be adjusted according to the needs of the actual remote operation and maintenance system and its evaluation tasks, for example, increase/decrease indicators, Expand the indicator system level, modify indicator definitions, etc.
