Scope
GB/T 44432-2024 is the English-translated version of 快件报关信息交换规范.
GB/T 44432-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the data that moves between an inbound or outbound express operator, its carrier, the operator of a customs express supervision site and customs — the exchange requirements, the business process the messages follow, the message specifications with their receipts and worked examples, the access requirements for the single window through which everything is filed once, and the information security management over the shipment data being handed across. China's International Trade Single Window sits on the electronic port platform, and access to it is what makes one filing serve every party in the chain. First edition, under the State Post Bureau. In force from 1 December 2024. Issued on 23 August 2024, it has been in force since 1 December 2024.
